Our Team
Our entire Adena team is focused on fostering student learners who are prepared to be innovative, life-long learners. Below is a list of key team members you may come in contact with as we partner to provide your child with a nurturing, engaging and enriching academic environment.
Jordan Eisenhard
Jordan Eisenhard transitioned to the role of Principal starting in the 2024/25 school year. She has been Adena’s Assistant Principal since the 2020-2021 school year. She enjoys creating positive relationships with students and staff, leading teachers in their professional growth and witnessing the impact it makes on Adena learners, and helping develop well-rounded, confident, and responsible individuals who aspire to become their best self. Prior to arriving at Adena, Mrs. Eisenhard was an 8th grade teacher, cheerleading coach, and athletic director at Lakota Ridge Junior High. She also served as the coordinator of Lakota’s Secondary Summer School program.
Shannon Langston
Shannon Langston is thrilled to be the newly appointed Assistant Principal of Adena Elementary. She is a veteran educator with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining the Adena team, Shannon served the Milford community as a 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade teacher, as well as an MTSS Coach and Building Coordinator. Her vast experience in these roles has fueled her passion for literacy, community, collaboration, and leadership.
She is committed to building a collaborative and inclusive culture to ensure the overall success and well-being of all educators and students. Shannon believes in creating an educational journey where every child's light shines bright, and where students become active, responsible global citizens.
Shannon has been married to her husband Trent for 20 years. They have two ragdoll cats and enjoy spending time with family, especially their two nephews. Together, they cherish moments of joy and connection, reinforcing the values of community and togetherness that Shannon brings to her professional role.
Lesley Ferguson
Lesley Ferguson has been Adena’s Office Secretary since the 2019-20 school year. Lesley and her husband, Grant, have 2 children that also went to Adena. She is a trained professional singer and continues to share her talents with the community and Team Adena. Lesley's expertise and positive disposition makes everyone's job at Adena easier.
Karen Fogel
Terri Lauderback
Terri is excited to be here at Adena and can’t wait to get to know everyone! Terri is originally from Northwest Ohio near Bowling Green. She went to college at Miami U where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She also attended Xavier U where she received her Master’s in School Counseling. She has been in education for over 14 years. This is her 6th year as a school counselor, and her first year in Lakota. Terri has been at Eaton Middle School for the past 4 years, and was a teacher in the Northwest School District prior to that. Terri and her husband have 4 daughters; Jordan and Jenna are both West graduates, Kayla is currently at West and Kendall is at Plains. She is looking forward to a great year!

Shawn McCreanor
Shawn has dedicated the last 20 years to serving as a police officer, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to the community. Married to his wife, Deanna, for the past 30 years, they have built a loving family together, including three children and one granddaughter. Deanna contributes to the community as a teacher's aide at St. Bernard Elmwood Place Schools.
Throughout his career, Shawn has taken on several critical roles within the police department. He has served as a negotiator with the SWAT team, crime scene investigator, UAV pilot, and a member of the Civil Disturbance Response Team. Additionally, he plays a role in training new officers in crisis intervention techniques.
In his spare time, Shawn enjoys pursuing his passion for photography, and spending time with his family.
Anne Petersen
Anne joined Team Adena in December of 2022. She has a wonderful husband and three phenomenal grown children that all graduated from Lakota West. With a background in education, she is passionate about fostering growth in every student. As an avid Ohio State fan, she enjoys supporting her alma mater and attending their games. Anne is highly involved in our community and supports a variety of charities. Anne will work collaboratively with Lesley to ensure all things "Adena" run smoothly.
