Welcome to Lakota's English as a Second Language (ESL) Program!
Our ESL program is dedicated to supporting every English Learner (EL) as they develop confidence and success in both language and academics. We believe that every student brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives that enrich our schools and community.
Working together with families, teachers, and administrators, we create a caring and inclusive environment where English Learners can thrive through strong instruction, meaningful connections, and individualized support.
Our goals are to:
- Support every EL student through high-quality instruction, language development, and personalized learning opportunities;
- Build strong partnerships with families and educators to celebrate progress and promote success together; and
- Ensure our programs meet all requirements while continually improving our services for students and families.
