Meet Our Therapist
Kimberly Perros is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio, workig with children and their families. She specializes in Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma Focus-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Through trained therapeutic interventions, Kimberly helps children address and resolve their own problems by teaching them healthy ways to not only manage their emotions, but how to understand them as well.
Kimberly has been working in the mental health field since 2008. She is a graduate of
Cincinnati Christian University, with a bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in counseling. She has worked in a variety of settings such as hospitals, residential psychiatric units, outpatient drug rehab clinics, homes, and schools. Since 2012 she has been working with children and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Kimberly has a passion for educating parents, teachers, and other child professionals to help develop successful plans to improve the child's coping abilities and decision making. Kimberly offers the following services: individual counseling, play therapy, group therapy, family
counseling, and parenting consultation.
