Adena's PTO
Welcome! All parents and caregivers of Adena students are considered members of the PTO. While we do have a paid membership option, unlike a traditional club, membership does not require the payment of dues. Instead, the PTO functions as a service organization with a single primary goal: to enrich the lives of our students.
We do this in two main ways:

We provide the framework for volunteers to give their time & expertise to an event or program.

We raise funds that go directly back into fun & enriching student programs and technology for our school.
New to the 2025–26 school year, a paid membership option will also be available. Funds collected through this option go directly towards pto programs and activities that benefit our students. Paid members will receive additional benefits, including Adena-branded merchandise, priority consideration for volunteer opportunities, and an invitation to an exclusive event with Adena’s principal and vice principal.
The PTO has never had an event with too many volunteers, so please consider giving your time. You can volunteer at a one-time only event or work on a regular, ongoing basis. A list of our programs and chairpersons is posted on our website. If you’d like more general information or need to decide which volunteer opportunity would best suit your needs, we would be happy to talk with you.
The PTO sponsors enriching programs throughout the year to serve students and the Adena community, including:
- Family Fun Nights
- Running copies for the teachers
- Help with Field Trip admissions as needed
- Holiday Shoppe
- Our teachers and staff
- Donuts with Grown-Ups
- Enrichment visits to classrooms
- End of year 6th grade celebrations
